Client’s Requirement
Our client provides photography and videography services to realtors who want to sell more properties faster and at a high price. They also cater to businesses like restaurants, hotels, spas and salons, schools and campuses to market their facilities with professional property photography services.
However, they were facing a few business challenges:
- Time-consuming photo shoots
- Time-consuming editing processes
- Final photo delivery took several days
- High operational costs
- Limited outreach to realtors
These challenges prompted creating an on-demand marketplace with advanced technology tools, such as AI-driven image processing and editing for quick photo delivery and detailed listings to hire photographers.
Solutions We Developed
After an in-depth study of the regular real estate photography process, our client’s operational and management processes, challenges, and goals, we designed and developed the Listing Pix applications.
For mobile frontend development, our developers used

Customers receive photos instantly on-site. AI allows photographers to capture, edit, and share photos within the app, with integrated enhancements and virtual staging tools.
Virtual Staging
Customers can use APIs to virtually stage rooms with selected furniture types and styles, creating appealing and realistic representations.
View Bookings
The app displays upcoming, ongoing, completed, and canceled bookings, allowing customers to manage their appointments efficiently.

Customers can chat directly with admin support for prompt and helpful responses to inquiries or issues.

They can automatically capture and process 5 HDR images using cloud-based AI, optimizing exposure, adjusting colors, and reducing noise for stunning, high-quality photos.
AI Edits
The app provides AI-powered enhancements, including sharpness, contrast, vertical correction, and lens correction, ensuring professionally edited photos that stand out in property listings.
Bookings
Shows upcoming, ongoing, completed, and canceled bookings, allowing photographers to manage their appointments effectively and stay organized.
Updates
Displays booking details and notifies customers when photographers start traveling, ensuring timely updates and clear communication with their clients.
Photography
Photographers can capture photos using the app with angle guidance, saving images directly to the gallery within thirty seconds for quick access.
Earnings
Photographers can track their earnings with detailed monthly, weekly, and yearly views, providing clear insights into their income.
Save Bank Details
The app allows photographers to securely save bank details, ensuring they receive payments efficiently and without hassle.
